Hesperia Parks is telling the community to "illuminate your holiday season," as the district is ready to kick off the holiday season with their annual Hesperia’s Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony on Thursday, December 2nd.

The annual event, presented by the Hesperia Recreation and Park District and the City of Hesperia, is free to the public and will take place at Hesperia Civic Plaza Park, 15833 Smoke Tree Street.

Festivities kick-off with Christmas music featuring performances by youth choirs from various HUSD schools. Children will also have an opportunity to visit with and deliver their letters to Santa. Cookies and milk will be served while supplies last.

The celebration concludes with the ceremonial lighting of the Christmas tree. Don’t forget to visit our local food and craft vendors! Come out and enjoy the lights, the sounds, and the traditions of Christmas in Hesperia! For more information, please visit HesperiaParks.com.
