HESPERIA -- Hesperia has always been known as horse country. Well, that locally known fact is about to giddy up, because Hesperia Parks is ready to bring back its rodeo for Hesperia Days this weekend, September 17 & 18.

The Hesperia Wrangles horse-riding club is one of he main co-host for this year's rodeo. The wranglers is a family horse club located in Hesperia and have been known as an outlet for boundless energy and enthusiasm from young pioneers of the present day Hesperia.

There will be no outside food or drinks allowed in the rodeo area beyond the entrance. Once inside the rodeo area, officials say that there will be food vendors and a beer garden to purchase from.

Attendees can participate in the silent auction for a whiskey bottle, a pair of Old Gringo boots, and a basket from Texas Roadhouse at the Rodeo. Proceeds will go to benefit the HARD Foundation.

10% of all sales from the First Responder Whiskey Society will also go to the HARD Foundation.
